I ate the turkey bacon ranch sandwich on Thursday September 1, 2016 early afternoon. There were flies everywhere at least 50 while we ate lunch for approximately 20 minutes. You could tell this Arby's wasn't well managed and they weren't great about being sanitary. I started to feel sick about 24 hours later and have been sick since. I have been extremely dizzy to the point I can't stand at times, had diarrhea, a fever of 102 at most and have had horrible stomach cramping. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Dizziness, Cramps
