On April 15 I ordered a French dip and two ham and cheese sliders in the drive thru for my friend and I. 36 hours later we were both having severe abdominal pain, vomiting bile, diarrhea, brain fog, horrible cramps. We both went to the ER, unbeknownst to each other. Diagnosed with norovirus and treated with fluids, and intravenous pain medicine, sent home to recover. Neither of us knew until Friday that we had both been sick. This is how we know it was Arby’s. We were only together for an hour or so that day, and no one else in our household was ill. | Symptoms: Something else, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bile
