Details: Ordered 2 Market Fresh Pecan Chicken Salad Sandwiches for Dinner on Sunday, August 19, 2018. Within 1.5 hours I was nauseous with stomach ache followed by diarrhea in the early morning, still feel ill late the next day. Husband woke up early with diarrhea and lasted off and on most the day with, nausea, headache, chills, fever almost 101, feeling week, can only drink water as of 9:30 pm the next day.

Also, we did speak with Dupage County Health Department earlier today | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Headache, Chills, Stomach Pain
