Stopped at Arby's on W. 12th St., Erie, PA, on Thursday, Aug. 24, 2023. Ordered roast beef slider. Within an hour of eating it, got very, very sick -- violent vomiting, extreme diarrhea. Vomited throughout the evening. My guess is this was brought on by the horsey sauce in the hand-pump container in the dining area. Looked very thin and watery when it came out of the pump. TERRIBLY sick after eating there. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
