Vanilla Shake Illness Alert - Arby's, Ashtabula Ohio

Earlier in the day I had 2 sandwiches with freshly opened deli and cheese at my house.
I only had a vanilla shake from around 7-8pm.
Ate nothing after that.
Got really bloated from it right away and by midnight I started both vomiting and diarrhea.
Lasted all night long 5 different instances about 1-2 hours apart. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Bloating
