24 hours after eating lunch with my co-worker on April 26th, where we both ordered the same meal: beef steak bento box, we both we sick with same symptoms: diarrhea, vomiting, weakness, nausea, (one had bloating), lack of appetite for next 2 days, headache/malaise.
