Girlfriend ate two tacos, carnitas and beef. She has been vomiting, breaking out in hives, sneezing constantly, her eyes have swollen up, and she looks like the walking dead. She can't stop vomiting and now she's just dry heaving. The menu actually had mold spots on it. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Swelling
