On 3/11 8-9a.m. I was eating my breakfast provided by the hotel, which is omelette, bacon, toast with honey and orange juice. After 2 hours, My stomach started to feel uncomfortable and having diarrhoea for the first time on 12.p.m. and the second time on 2.p.m. On 3.30pm, the hotel staff gave me a medicine (no name indicated) to consume but it seems to be ineffective and I started to feel even more uncomfortable. On 4p.m, I started to vomit in the hotel. On 5-6p.m, I was brought to the clinic by the hotel’s driver and received treatment from the clinic. (Intravenous fluid, intravenous rocephin 2G, Omeprazole IV, symptomatic treatment) and the diagnosis was acute gastroenteritis. On 8-9pm, I was discharged from the clinic. I made a report to the hotel but it was ignored by the staffs. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas
