My boyfriend had bought me a chicken wrap with lettuce and some other stuff in it (I think it was vacon lettuce tomato). I rememver making a comment about it tasting weird and I ate 1 amd a half wraps and left the third one.A couple hours after I threw up violently to the point I had blood in my vomit and spit and had bruised the skin around my eyes from popped blood vessels.
Had constant diarrhea, temperature and a tender stomach. Visited the hospital and had multiple 111 calls. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache
