Dave's bread is awesome. Most likely you have an intolerance to one of the natural ingredients in that specific bread. I'm sure it's high in fiber. Try the Raisin the Roof bread. Bi eat it every morning. Also try using apple cidar vinegar daily in a glass of water. Start with 1 tsp and work up to a tblsp in a few months. Braggs Organic. That will help with your tummy also. Good luck.

Hi, thanks for your comment. TIP: You can get food poisoning from bread. Food safety concerns with bread come from mishandling and include mold growth, staph contamination, and undercooked dough. Food poisoning symptoms can occur as soon as 30 mins after eating and can include nausea, vomiting, stomach cramps, and diarrhea.

Have a great day!
