Ether fresh spinach or sandwich tuna mix. I ordered the usual salad I ordered 2 times a week. The salad contained fresh spinach, shredded carrots, dried cranberries, green apples, and caned tuna. I stated feeling nausea about 1 hour after meal and stated vomiting about 2 hours later for about 24 hours. Never will eat there again! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
