Hotel Breakfast Leads to ER - Marriott, Augusta Georgia

I stayed at this particular Marriott for one night before traveling to Atlanta Georgia the next day. I couldn’t get anything to eat via room service because I arrived around 1030 pm. Placed room service card on door for breakfast Saturday morning July 13 2019. Ordered hash browns, fruit platter, reduced fat milk and cereal. After eating I began vomiting ? and came down with severe diarrhea and stomach cramps. Ended up in the ER. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps
