Additional information: The illness is moving quickly from person to person and there has been about 10-12 people sick already. It's running rampant in our facility Untrained employees health code violations temperature violations food borne illness not being contained About 8 people in the last 3 days have gone to the hospital with all of the above symptoms explained it is running rampant and spreading person to person not being contained either viral either viral or bacterial no staff training | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
