Had 3/4 of an avocado on toast for lunch at 1:00. Had terrible stomach cramps in the evening, nausea almost passing out. My husband ate the same as me all day except the avocado. Finally felt better at 10:30. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
