I bought 4 packs of Spring Creek Quail Eggs last Thursday and cooked yesterday. I had diarrhea symptom and my 4 years old daughter vomited all night and now (after 24 hours having the symptom) she just had her first meal (white rice porridge).

Avocado Illness: Stomach Cramps

Had 3/4 of an avocado on toast for lunch at 1:00. Had terrible stomach cramps in the evening, nausea almost passing out. My husband ate the same as me all day except the avocado. Finally felt better at 10:30.
