Yesterday, We both had pad Thai at resorts Thai Restaurant. I think it was mushrooms. My daughter and I both had Pad Thai and banana crepes with ice cream. I experienced diarrhea about 8 hours later and then vomiting violently shortly after. I also had chills and abdominal pain. My daughter had same symptoms about 4 hours after mine started and it has been approximately 36 and she is still vomiting a severe stomach pain.We have been flat on our backs unable to enjoy vacation. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain
