Additional information: Café was near hidden lake, on same street as apartment/hotel where I stayed. I had avocado on toast with bacon. Have had bouts of diarrhoea every 2-3 weeks since. Could this be a parasite? | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
