Had a “cheeseburger on steroids” and fries before boarding flight from CLT to Madrid. A few hours later began the worst bout of food poisoning I have ever experienced. Constant vomiting, diarrhea, fever, and dizziness. Almost passed out next to and inside the lavatory multiple times. For almost 5 hours straight I was rushing to the bathroom every 30 minutes. I will never eat here, or at the charlotte airport again. I legitimately thought I was going to have to call a flight attendant to ask if there was a medical professional on board..
