ALSO, on the back prep line by the back door, 1. **Warning** - From follow-up inspection 2021-05-27: Back oven ledge clean. Floor under oven cleared. Area around reach-in cooler was clean. Behind reaching in cooler 2 droppings in a swept up pile. These were removed.
