Shared Dish Illness Suspected - Bangkok at Greenville, Dallas Texas

Ate dinner with four friends on Friday, June 16th in the evening. We had several different dishes, sharing egg rolls and steamed dumplings. We each ordered separate entrees with both noodles and rice. Starting late Saturday night all of us had various levels of symptoms, the worst being vomiting and diarrhea with fear of needing to go the ER for dehydration issues to vomiting and an upset stomach.
