Approximately 27 flying insects around bar mats on floor by triple sinks. Three flying insects behind fryer. Two flying insects in kitchen area. **Warning** - From follow-up inspection 2022-04-05: Approximately 22-27 flying insects throughout bar and kitchen.
High Priority - - From initial inspection : High Priority - Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. Fourteen rodent droppings under kitchen sink in back room by bar. Approximately 96 rodent droppings on floor behind fryer area. **Warning** - From follow-up inspection 2022-04-05: Seven rodent droppings under sink in kitchen area. Nine rodent droppings under bar area along beer keg lines. Three rodent droppings on top of water heater in kitchen.
High Priority - - From initial inspection : High Priority - Rodent rub marks present along walls. Rodent rubbing marks along wooden wall and floor underneath the dishwashing area and/or three compartment sink behind the bar.
