Food Safety Report - Buffet, Punta Cana La Altagracia

Not sure- buffet at this place My boyfriend is currently in the ER getting iv fluids - we ate nowhere other than in the hotels restaurants and buffets.  We drank no tap water. He has been sick with diarrhea, fever and chills for 2 days.  Now his heart rate is elevated due to dehydration 
Update June 28th: the doctor has confirmed Salmonella Poisoning from his stool sample. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Other, Dehydration, Chills
