We came as 5 people and 4 people from the group had diarrhea, stomach pain and nausea. At the end of the trip we couldn't enjoy absolutely anything properly because we were afraid to even drink the water.

Same thing happened to my husband. He passed out from dehydration due to diarrhea and fever. He was taken to a private clinic by Ambulance. They kept him there unnecessarily for 24 hours and charged us over $3000.
