Severe Salmonella Case ICU

My wife got Salmonella at the resort on Sept 8. We believe it was the room service eggs. She almost died as a result of complications from the bacteria. Still in ICU day 10. 2 surgeries so far and still 1 to go and a long long road to recovery.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other

Resort Buffet Causes Diarrhea

Never left resort. Ate at buffet and at restaurant and then had diarrhea every 90 minutes thought the night. Once I started taking Pepto Bysmal, I made it through the rest of the 10 day trip with daily, but controllable diarrhea. Back home for a week and still have diarrhea but not as bad.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
