Resort Illness: Family Sick - Barceló Maya Caribe, Playa del Carmen Quintana Roo

We went as family 4 adults two children 3 an 15 month old. We stayed there from July 13 thru 17 . We never left the resort only ate there when we arrived in Miami 48 hours later 4 of party bécame sick with vomiting and diarrhea. After 2 hospital ER visits and physical and money loss still sick. Please be warned don’t go there | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
