Additional information: The Barrio food truck came to our office for lunch on October 16th. My husband had the bean burritos and was fine, but I had two chicken tacos and was experiencing gastrointestinal issues in less than 24 hours. 4 days later and I am still dealing with gas/diarrhea and was told by my doc today that I’m dehydrated which is also leading to dizzy spells. It can’t be coincidence that he had bean tacos and is fine, and I had chicken tacos but I’m not fine…. Food truck | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache, Dehydration
