Had Bar Taco meal delivered to me through Door Dash at 12:Pm. It was Ribiye Bowl and Street Corn. By 3:20 Pm I began sweating rather profusely and stomach cramps. My fiancé drove me to hospital and on way there I vomited all of the Bar Taco meal three times. Next day back in hospital. I’m shivering with diarrhea and still vomiting.. Seems like something is terribly wrong with the Bar Taco meal I paid for and ate. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Sweating
