Saturday night, Meatballs from this location in jtown My daughter and I split the meatball appetizer and both got incredibly sick the next day with diarrhea and vomiting. No one else in our family got sick and we are the only ones at ate that. We did not eat any other of the same foods for several days prior to that so the meatballs are the only thing we can pinpoint | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea
