Had a noodle bowl for dinner. Food was not very good and I felt heavy all evening and night. The next day, I still felt bad but had breakfast anyways because I was flying home. Mid flight I had a vasovagal choc. When I awoke I vomited extensively. I was sick again on landing. For the next week I had severe diarrhea for days and was pretty dehydrated. I had to take litres of electrolytes and medicine to avoid hospitalization. My digestion was upset for weeks afterwards. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
