Closure date: 07/12/2021High Priority - Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, food storage area and/or bar area. Observed 10 flying insects landing on the wall next to the soda machine in the dining room area. Observed approximately 65 flying insects landing on the walls, wine bottles and under triple compartment sink at the bar area located in the dining room. Observed approximately 50 flying insects landing on the floor and walls in the dishwasher area located in the kitchen. Observed 3 flying insects landing on prep table in the cook line located in the kitchen.
High Priority - Raw animal food stored over or with ready-to-eat food in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged.
