Undercooked Tuna Illness - BJ's, Moreno Valley California

8 years ago reported by user-xdgmx543 business

BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse, Centerpoint Drive, Moreno Valley, CA, United States

22920 Centerpoint Drive, Moreno Valley, 92553 California, United States

Approximately 8 to 10 hours after eating seared tuna, stomach cramps, vomiting and diarrhea began. The restaurant was very busy and it took nearly an hour to get our order in. My wife noticed that the tuna didn't seem like it was seared at all or very little. She asked the server to look at the Tuna and the waitress agreed the fish appeared undercooked. The plate was replaced but, the damage was done. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
