Chicken Soba Illness Alert - BJ's, Merrillville Indiana

Yesterday , Food poisoning  I went to this Restaurant and order their chicken Soba Noodles with Peanut Sauce. That was around 7-8 pm and the next morning around 11am I started to feel very ill. I started to feel very nauseous accompanied with stomach ache.that lasted all day. That night I started to have chills and body aches. In the morning, I started to have diarrhea and more stomach aches. I haven’t been able to keep any food or water dow since that visit to the restaurant. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Chills, Body Ache, Nausea, Stomach Pain
