i ordered penne pasta with marinara sauce and some garlic knots. a few hours after eating i was vomiting repeatedly with severe stomach pain. i have now been sick for 3 days.I looked into it after and this store does not have the best health inspections, it looks like every time they come theres 6-20 issues that need to be fixed like mold and food being left out and no hand washing station accessible. i will not be eating here again and will be letting everyone else know. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
