A few days ago I ate plain Cheerios (dry, no milk) from here and within an hour or so had stomach cramps, foul gas (like rotten eggs), and explosive diarrhea. I ate some more dry Cheerios this morning and the same thing happened again., The only thing I ate was the Cheerios, and a cup of tea. No | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Gas

It sounds a lot like a food allergy, do you have a wheat allergy? GM had a huge recall in 2015 due to wheat getting into their gluten free products. Cheerios and Honey Nut Cheerios.
