Omelet Leads to Illness - Black Bear Diner, Lodi California

Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at approximately 5:30-6:00 pm. Ordered Joe’s Hobo Omelet for dine-in, and ate the majority of the omelet in the restaurant with no leftovers taken home. Did not eat anything for the rest of the evening. Developed initial symptoms a couple hours later, and then began having diarrhea. It is now Saturday, May 13, 2023, and I am still extremely sick with nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Phoned on Thursday, May 11, 2023, at approximately 7:15 am to report the food poisoning symptoms to the establishment, and was told the manager wasn’t in, and was told to call back. No questions were asked by staff. Provided information anyway regarding dine-in date and time, with hopes they would not serve similar items to anyone else. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
