I visited blaze pizza I'm mentor, oh last night around 10pm. My husband and I shared a pizza with ranch sauce, sausage, ground beef, crumbled meatballd, salami and pepperoni and at around 12:40am we were both vomiting and have severe diarrhea. 10am thr next day we went to the doctor and he diagnosed us both with food poisoning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
