Bitter Garlic Sickens Pair - Blaze Pizza, Louisville Kentucky

2 years ago reported by user-hqkm6994 business

Blaze Pizza, Shelbyville Road, Louisville, KY, USA

4848 Shelbyville Road, Louisville, 40207 Kentucky, United States

My wife and I stopped at here on Shelbyville, Road in Louisville, KY this past Sunday.
We ordered 2 pizzas and eat about half of each sitting at a window table.
We noticed the roased garlic was bitter tasting and had a very peculiar off taste.
We didn't think much of it until about 3 to 4 hours later .....after we arrived back home.
We were both sick with flu like symptoms and severe diarrhea and muscle aches and pains.
Needless to say we immediately threw out the remaining pizza and too some Pepto and waited to feel better.
We have never had a bad experience at Blaze......so we were shocked.
I'm guessing the garlic was rancid or spoiled before cooking. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Muscle Pain
