Avocado and lettuce were brown/blackish, I didn’t mind as it wasn’t fully covered. However after eating I started feeling sick and my head starting throbbing. This was the first thing I ate in the morning so nothing else could have caused this. I assume the lettuce and avocado in the BLT must have gone rancid or was contaminated. | Symptoms: Nausea, Other
