I started having a stomach ache a couple of hours after eating dinner. I had to run to the restroom on park grounds and immediately had diarrhea and vomiting after an onset of a terrible stomach ache and nausea.

For dinner I had a salad with blue cheese and vinegartte as well as their classic rib eye steak plate | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
