Last night, Either Bob Evans order or at hone chicken and rice. It was a violent episode of 5 times throwing up. The last 3 times I tasted like an odd bad taste toxic like. Korres(?) Cheese and broccoli pkg. From FAMILY Dollar on 19 N. Arlington Akron, Ohio 44305 and Chicken thighs from Brimfield, Ohio, Walmart delivery. | Symptoms: Vomiting
