We went to have lunch on our vacation and the waiter poured still water into glasses. The glass of mine smelled like fish tank or dirty dog. My fiance ate a pasta dish with shrimp and he has been throwing up ever since, about 30 minutes after and throwing up today still. He has had head spins, sweats, diarrhea, vomiting etc. I have had nausea! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Sweating
