Last night I made roasted broccoli for dinner around 6 pm. I dressed the broccoli in olive oil and salt and cooked in oven at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes. This was all I ate. This morning, severe abdominal pain and nausea woke me up around 4 am. I experienced simultaneous vomiting and diarrhea every hour for about 4 hours. The diarrhea, nausea, and abdominal pain have continued to last well into today, as I write this at 2:40 pm. I also feel stiffness and overwhelming fatigue. No fever to report. The organic broccoli had been purchased at here. It came in plastic packaging, which we had left on for the several days it was in our fridge before I cooked it. The broccoli tops had begun to yellow, but I washed it with water and there were no other signs of it being unfit to eat. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Fever, Fatigue, Stomach Pain
