Sandwich made at the deli on July 18th. Roast beef lettuce cucumber and cooked red bell peppers.

Approximately 6 hours after I eat the sandwich I had severe sweats and cramping. Then explosive diarrhea for many hours and then bloody stools into the morning. Today is the 21st of July and I'm finally starting to feel human again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Bloody Stool, Night Sweats
