Inspectors found evidence of a significant pest issue during the inspection, including about 11 or more live roaches in multiple areas such as the front service cooking counter, near sinks, under equipment, on the prep area floor, and near storage areas. This was identified as a significant food safety violation, and a citation was issued.

Inspectors also noted cleaning and maintenance problems throughout the facility. These included grease and food debris buildup on cooking equipment, coolers, shelves, carts, floors, walls, ceiling areas, ventilation hood filters, and other surfaces. Additional issues included rust on walk-in cooler shelving, cracks and crevices in walls and counters, and flooring in the main prep area that needed repair.
