5/15/24 we had a birthday dinner. We had 6 people in our group. All but 1 of us had chicken wings. I had buffalo chicken ranch sandwich. Also 1 person had Mac n cheese that we had to return 2 times because it smelled and tasted sour. A few hours after we left everyone except for me ( I had the buffalo sandwich) started experiencing stomach cramping and what they described as gurgling. Last night and today all of them had bouts with diarrhea with blackish stool. Cramping and nausea . | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
