10/21/2024 ordered buffalo chicken Salad. Lettuce was mix of stale and soggy in cardboard box with overcooked chicken tender strips. Only ate some of the salad. Started having bad cramps and diarrhea a couple hours after. It has been consistent and has not stopped 24hrs later to include vomiting causing severe dehydration.
Reached out to Buffalo Wild wings store and corporate and have not recieved any response.
Urgent care stated Food poisoning with followup if symptom persist another 24hrs or worsen | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dehydration
