I ordered the Caesar salad for dinner, and the next morning I felt sick, I had diarrhea and 1 vomiting instance. I am a nurse, this is most likely due to not washing the vegetables thoroughly, thereby spreading e. coli food poisoning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
