Spicy Wings Cause Illness - Buffalo wild wings, Tifton Georgia

My husband and I stopped here Friday April 2 at about 8:00 pm. He had naked traditional wings with blue cheese and I had boneless wings with medium sauce with celery and blue cheese. 1 hour after eating my stomach retched I experienced projectile vomiting for almost an hour. Never have I experienced this. Felt perfectly fine before eating. Wondering if it could be the sauce it was tossed in, maybe reused and cross contaminated or the celery contaminated. It was definitely good poisoning. Next day stomach hurt some diarrhea. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
