Slimy Mushrooms Trigger Illness - Buffalo wild wings, Overland Park Kansas

I had the mushroom swiss bacon burger. The mushrooms seemed a little slimy. I was ok that night but 2 days later after eating the left overs and more slimy mushrooms I woke up at 3:30 in the morning with diarrhea, vomiting, severe stomach pain, chills, sweats and this lasted for about 6 hours. At one point I was so dehydrated I passed out. I don't think it was the burger as someone else in my party had a burger also.
