Saturday, appropriately 6pm, had half order of Parmesan garlic wings and honey BBQ, with grilled chicken buffalitos. That night I had to sleep off my unsettle stomach for 7 hours. Next day my upper and lower abdomen hurt to press, sore to touch and generally in pain, also diarrhea.. loss of appetite and unable to each an entire meal before feeling sick, even 24+ hours later still painful to lay on stomach or turn torso. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Loss of Appetite, Stomach Pain, Soreness
